OUR MANIFESTO

The Heart of What We Do

  • We believe healing begins with connection. Here, care is personal, not procedural. We listen deeply, build trust, and form relationships that last far beyond a single visit. We combine the best of science and technology with the human touch – because we believe intelligence and empathy are partners in care.
  • We designed our space to reflect our values: warm, calm, comforting. From the moment you walk in, we want you to feel at ease.
  • We are building a new kind of clinic – because at the end of the day, it’s not just about hearts. It’s about the people who carry them.

OUR FOUNDER

The Why

  • It takes a village.
  • After more than a decade practicing cardiology, I’ve come to know the doctors who truly stand out – the ones with sharp minds, kind hearts, and a rare ability to heal. These are the people I trust with my own care, and with the care of my family. They’re just a phone call away.
  • But I’ve also seen how hard it is for most people to access this kind of care. The noise of modern medicine has created distance in relationships and access to doctors has stifled. So, I set out to build something better.
  • This clinic is the result: a place where medical excellence is given, but where what truly matters is how we show up – for our patients and for each other. A place where care feels like it should.
  • Because healing doesn’t happen in isolation. It happens in connection.
  • -Lucy Esberg, M.D.

    OUR ARCHITECT

    Care is an experience…
    We designed it that way!

    • In healthcare, design is rare. Most systems are inherited – built for function over feeling. So when Dr. Esberg invited me to help create a clinic from the ground up, centered on the shared journey of patients and providers, I was all in.
    • At Twin Cities Cardiology, I’m shaping the DNA of a purpose-built clinic where brand, operations, and technology aren’t just aligned, they are inseparable. Every space, every workflow, every handoff, every visual cue is a chance to say: we see you, we thought about this, and we care.
    • Behind the scenes, we’re building a platform that hums beneath the surface – making care more personal, decisions more intuitive, and the work lighter, without adding friction, noise, or excessive cost.
    • This is design that serves people. Architecture in service of healing. Culture that gives work meaning.

A New Chapter, Rooted in Experience

    • After years in the high-intensity world of general, vascular, and trauma surgery, I made the decision to shift my focus - to step out of the hospital and into a space where care could feel more personal, more focused, and more human.
    • Before joining Twin Cities Cardiology, I built an outpatient practice dedicated to venous insufficiency, varicose veins, and lymphedema. That work deepened my belief that every patient deserves more than clinical excellence. They deserve attention, empathy, and a relationship built on trust.
    • When Dr. Esberg shared her vision, I saw the kind of care environment I had always hoped for - one where I could slow down, listen deeply, and meet each person where they are. This clinic allows me to do just that: to care for patients not just as cases, but as individuals with stories, goals, and lives that matter.

    Why We’re Here

    • We’ve each spent years in healthcare, and we’ve seen what works – and what doesn’t. That’s why we chose to be here.
    • We were drawn to this clinic because it’s different. Dr. Esberg’s vision inspired us, and we saw a chance to build something meaningful together.
    • We’re here to deliver on a promise: that every patient is treated as a person, not just a chart. That your story matters. That care is guided by both expertise and empathy.
    • We live that mission every day – in how we collaborate, how we communicate, and how we care.
    • It is who we are. And we’re honored to be part of your care journey.
